Our Nursery Class 'Rabbits'

In our Nursery class we have 8 children per day. We are an intimate, nurturing and happy class where our children feel safe and enjoy coming to school. We strive to ensure their first experiences of school life are positive ones and we provide a caring and learning rich environment to support that. If you would like to arrange a visit to view our nursery or apply, please email

The deadline to apply for the 2023 Reception Intake was Sunday 15th January 2023.

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

Although we are an academy within the JTMAT, all  applications need to be completed via the Derbyshire County Council Admissions Team. Please see the link below for more details of the application process.

We believe it is very important that you and your child visit the school for a tour and an informal chat before making your decision to apply to our school. Please contact our school office on 01283 716151 to make an appointment. We would love to welcome to you and your child to our school and look forward to hearing from you.

If you are looking to move your child to our school, in the first instance please give the school a call for an informal chat and to find out if we have any spaces in the required year group. You will then need to apply for a place directly through Derbyshire admissions process.
