If your child is entered onto the SEND register, a meeting will be held with you and your child to discuss your their progress, additional needs, and further
strategies for intervention. This information will be used to create a "One Page Profile" which outlines your child's likes, strengths, additional needs, and
strategies for intervention. These strategies may include: The use of
appropriate differentiated material, group or individual support, close liaison
with members of support agencies. These interventions will be different from,
or additional to, those provided as part of the normal differentiated curriculum.
Once your child has made above expected progress and is considered to be
working broadly in line with their peers they may exit the SEND register.
